How do I book a property and pay?

Our properties may be booked online or over the phone at 850-270-5232. When you book online, your reservation will be confirmed when you receive our Welcome Email. The initial payment of 25% is made with a credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover. Your final 75% payment is due by check or electronic-check 60 days prior to arrival. A $1,000 hold will be placed on your credit card prior to your arrival for any damage. We will send you a payment reminder prior to your final payment being due.


Is there a minimum stay?

Our properties’ minimum stay is based on the season and ranges from 3 to 7 nights. Spring Break & Summer require a 7 night minimum with a check-in on Saturday and a check-out on Saturday. There are no exceptions during these two peak seasons.


What household items are provided?

All of our properties are supplied with quality, striped linens and towels that are professionally laundered. Our homes are also stocked with a starter supply of essential amenities found in a luxury hotel suite: Spa-quality bath soaps and lotion, toilet tissue, paper towels, kitchen sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage liners and coffee / coffee condiments. An iron and ironing board is also available.


What beach items are provided

Some properties will have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and pool toys available for your use. Additional chairs and umbrellas may be rented through a beach service or they may be purchased at many local stores.


What items do I need to bring?

There are several items that are not supplied that our guests like to bring with them: beach towels, hair dryers, cooler for the beach and condiments / spices. The house towels are NOT ALLOWED TO BE TAKEN TO THE BEACH.


Is the kitchen stocked?

You will find that all of our properties’ kitchens are well-stocked with the essentials for cooking. Standard items include pots and pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, silverware, drinkware, wine glasses, dinnerware, coffee maker, blender and toaster. For sanitary reasons, no spices or condiments are provided. In addition, every property has an outdoor propane grill available for your enjoyment.


What are check-in and check-out times?

You are welcome to arrive to your property anytime after 4pm the day of your arrival. Check-out is at 10am on the day of your departure. We are on Central time zone.


Do the homes have internet access?

Yes, all of our homes have high-speed internet with a WiFi router.


Do you offer mid-stay housekeeping or linen-exchange?

Yes, you may schedule a mid-week clean or towel exchange for a fee. In addition, every property has a washer and dryer for laundering linens.


Are motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, boats or RV’s allowed?

This is property-specific and based on homeowners association rules. Please check with us prior to bringing any recreational vehicle, personal watercraft or any non-standard automobile.


Are pets allowed?

This is property-specific so please check with us prior to booking. Please reference the rental agreement for non-compliance.


Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our properties. Please reference the rental agreement for non-compliance.


Is there an age restriction?

Yes, we STRICTLY ENFORCE our age requirement. No reservations are allowed to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian is required for every four (4) guests under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany their children under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present at the time of check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
