‘Be Our Guest’ at this luxury vacation rental in Miramar Beach! Be Our Guest is a beautiful home located just steps from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this lovely beach house sleeps 14 guests and offers plenty of space for the whole family to gather in the stunning living space or around the private, fenced-in pool. The pool deck is the ultimate gathering spot complete with plenty of seating options, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and twinkle lighting to light up this space at night. Whether you’re grilling out during the day, or having a sip of wine while cooling off in the pool, this space will be a family-favorite for sure!
Step into an open living space with beautiful new furnishings including two brand new sofas, one being a sleeper sofa, and two new swivel chairs and tables for a modern and updated look. Coastal decor line the walls and bring all the beachy vibes indoors. Guests can watch a family movie on the Smart TV, complete with Netflix, Hulu, and Pandora. Turn on some tunes and prepare a family feast to remember in the fully-stocked kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and all the essentials. Guests can enjoy their family meal at the dining table with seating for 10 in this open and inviting area. Gulf views can also be seen from the balcony, which will quickly become your favorite spot to enjoy your morning cup of joe. The second floor also includes a bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen Smart TV, shared bathroom, and a balcony with gulf views.
The first floor provides sleeping arrangements for six guests in two bedrooms. The king bedroom features a flat-screen Smart TV and access to the pool deck and shared bathroom. A bunk room provides the perfect space for kids and teens with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a flat-screen TV and a Playstation 4! This floor also has a laundry closet making this the perfect space for a small family to enjoy.
The beautiful master suite is located on the third floor and boasts coastal hues and luxury furnishings. The plush, king bed is inviting for the ultimate night’s sleep! This space is also work-from-home friendly with a desk and comfortable chairs as well as a flat-screen Smart TV. Step into the master bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, and massive walk-in shower with dual shower heads. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy gulf views as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. Another king suite resides on this floor complete with a flat-screen Smart TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom. A second laundry closet is just off the hallway for easy access to all guests.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
