Casa Maravilla is pure luxury. The extravagant two-story home is 7,000 square feet including outdoor space, with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a sleeping capacity of 17. The second story features a large covered balcony with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico’s emerald green waters.

Casa Maravilla’s magnificence lies within the details. The vast living area includes a large, elegant rug; spacious couch; chic coffee table; fireplace and built-in TV. Nearby is a family room with a second fireplace and pool table, complemented with large abstract artwork.
From the dark, cherry-wood cabinets to the marble countertops, the kitchen is a masterpiece. It’s also convenient for cooking and serving, as it features a double oven, extra counter space on a broad island, fully-stocked cabinets and a bar top with chairs. For formal entertaining, the home features a stately dining area with a wet bar, majestic chandelier, ornate furniture and an elegant wooden dining table that seats eight.
Casa Maravilla’s five bedrooms are each spectacular with exquisite matching furniture sets. The two master bedrooms both have king-size beds, large private bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. The second-story master bedroom is the most grand in the house, with its own fireplace and access to the balcony with a view of the Gulf. The home also offers a downstairs bedroom perfect for children or singles, as it has three bunk beds and a flat-screen TV.

In addition, the home also comes with a fully-stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, two-car garage, six parking spaces, multiple flat-screen TVs and views of the white-sand beaches. Guests may also indulge in Diamond Gulf Rentals’ complimentary wine and chocolate gift.
Guests can warm up the waters of the private pool and spa for an additional heating fee.

Casa Maravilla is located within Destiny East, an exclusive gated community filled with other five-star properties. As part of this community, guests will have access to access to a secluded beach spot, community swimming pool, movie theater, tennis courts and fitness center.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID’s will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation – this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
