Dune Fine is an elegant and modern 5-bedroom vacation rental in Miramar Beach located a short golf cart ride or walk away from the Gulf of Mexico. This luxury rental offers spacious and comfortable arrangements to meet the needs of all different types of travelers. It is nothing short of magnificent with modern, luxurious, spacious, coastal living right at your fingertips!
Upon entry into this beautiful home, the intricate coastal design will immediately impress. You will notice that the living room is the perfect space to entertain or gather for a movie with the family while overlooking the private pool in the backyard. The open-floor-plan of this area is perfect for making memories while eating meals, hosting game night, or simply relaxing in the space. The attention to design and detail continues as you make your way into the coastal-style kitchen. Guests who cook in this magnificent, fully equipped kitchen will enjoy that it includes granite countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID’s will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation – this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection or the $2,000 security deposit. See the rental agreement for full details.
