The villa is located inside of the highly sought-after, gated neighborhood of St Tropez. Its grounds are extensively landscaped with exotic palms, lush plants and flowering foliage and is mere steps from the rippling blue waters of the huge 2000 sq ft community lagoon pool and separate oversized heated spa.
March through October, guests will enjoy the free beach service included with their stay. Each morning, two beach chairs and one umbrella will be awaiting your pleasure at the beach. You can purchase additional beach set-ups directly from the beach chair vendor.
The private beach is a leisurely 5 minute walk from the property to enjoy daily beach service. St Tropez’s beach access is conveniently located next to the new oceanfront restaurant, Surf Hut. Here you can enjoy drinks and dining without ever leaving the beach. This elegant villa makes it easy to enjoy the famously sunny Florida weather, and is conveniently located within walking distance to Silver Sands outlet mall, Starbucks and several restaurants. *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID’s will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation – this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
