From the moment you drive up to this spectacular abode, the villa extends a warm welcome, making a lasting impression with striking Tuscan finished stucco, arched windows, limestone balconies and rich wooden doors. Enter this sleek four bedroom villa through an arched alcove into the foyer where your eyes will at once be drawn to the dramatic spiral staircase elegantly comprised of wood and iron, with views to the third floor and the sophisticated chandelier which offers ambient lighting from its elevated locale.
Continuing into the villa, a sprawling layout welcomes you with warm, modern furnishings and accent pieces that redefine comfort and luxury. Spacious rooms with arched doorways flow effortlessly into the next, with high and tray ceilings that make the space feel larger than life. The villa is located inside of the highly sought-after, gated neighborhood of St Tropez. its grounds are extensively landscaped with exotic palms, lush plants and flowering foliage and is mere steps from the rippling blue waters of the huge 2000 sq ft community lagoon pool and separate oversized heated spa.
March through October, guests will enjoy the free beach service included with their stay. Each morning, two beach chairs and one umbrella will be awaiting your pleasure at the beach. A selection of chairs are provided at the property or you can purchase additional beach set-ups directly from the beach chair vendor.
The private beach is a leisurely 5 minute walk from the property to enjoy daily beach service. St Tropez’s beach access is conveniently located next to the new oceanfront restaurant, Surf Hut. Here you can enjoy drinks and dining without ever leaving the beach. This elegant villa makes it easy to enjoy the famously sunny Florida weather, and is conveniently located within walking distance to Silver Sands outlet mall, Starbucks and several restaurants.
