*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance, and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. IDs will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.

Great location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Roomy house to accommodate 2 families vacationing together that allowed for each their own space. Kids loved swimming in the pool especially on rough water beach days. Very attentive property management who answered any question promptly.

We had a party of 10 ladies for a bachelorette weekend. The first place we rented was absolutely disgusting (Airbnb). Diamond Gulf Rentals Help us out first thing in the morning and got us into our rental early. Not only was it a beautiful home it was definitely an upgrade from what we had. The house has everything needed to accommodate a large group with great floor plan. Nice size pool, grill and beach accessories are a great compliment to the stay. Walk to beach access very easy. Multiple golf cart rental companies also service this area and they are street use acceptable so made stay fun to get to restaurants. Diamond Gulf Rentals was amazing company to deal with. Very communicative and responsive to any needs.

The house was very nice and perfect for our family. Pool heated as I reserved and well maintained. Beach access about a 4-5 minute walk across from Stinkys cafe. Public beach area smaller, but nice and we had no issues. Restrooms at this beach entrance as well. There is no beach service for set up, but they had 8 beach chairs and a wagon to use. 30a area fantastic! Would definitely come back! House does have a lot of steps if an issue for anyone.

Our first visit to Santa Rosa Beach 30A was an absolutely fabulous time! The house was just perfect for our growing family, we had two little ones and appreciated the gated pool! Accommodations were just as described and well kept up, a beautiful home and all were happy with rooms, linens, and furnishings. The main floor laundry room was a real life saver! We all loved Heavenly View and will definitely be coming back ! Diamond Gulf Rentals are wonderful to work with !!!

We had 14 in our group that included 6 grandchildren. We have been to the beach many times, but we had never had a private pool as part of our stay. That was a huge plus and something we will always look for in future stays. The house was big with lots of space to move around and easy access to the beach. It was the perfect stay.

The house was great for our large family of 16. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. We walked to the beach every day. The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, we had a great week! Would definitely recommend this house and Diamond gulf rentals. We did have a small issue with the AC but a tech was sent and fixed it within an hour.

The house, pool area and location worked very well for our family of 12 (7 adults and 5 young children). We had a blast. The pool is great and provided some shade in the afternoon, which was nice. The house has been renovated on the inside, and the new bathrooms were spacious and well done. The open living area and fully stocked kitchen was a perfect place to cook and enjoy fresh seafood meals.

We stayed with 2 other families for Spring Break this year and the house was great! Incredible location, well-appointed, comfortable, etc. The management company was awesome- so responsive and accommodating!
Between our families we had 3 kids in pack-n-plays so needed spaces for them (the bathrooms in each king room worked great) plus the adult couples and bigger kids. We paid to heat the pool giving the kids an alternate option to beach which was cool and windy most days (double red flags). The only thing I would call out is that the kitchen was missing some basics that we noticed because of the kids- cookie sheet, air fryer, etc. but nothing major. Also slightly annoying that a house made for large groups had so few rolls of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs. We ended up buying all of that throughout the course of our stay.
Overall, this was a great spot and we loved making memories with our friends & family.

Heavenly view was perfect for our family vacay; great setup for 2-3 families. The location was spot on. It's in an area on 30A that is not super congested and it's right around the corner from the beach entrance. Communication with Diamond was exceptional from booking and throughout our stay.

The house is located within a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. During peak season there is a beach attendant that will put up the umbrella and two beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked and has large table for dining. The pool sits behind the house for some privacy. It was very easy to Uber or Lyft over to Destin to enjoy nightlife or boat rental. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

The house was clean when we arrived and seem to be well kept up. It’s just about a five minute walk to the beach which is nice. We would go back again. The one issue I did have is that we do lots of cooking and not 1 knife was sharp enough to cut warm butter.

We really enjoyed our stay at Heavenly View. The home was comfortable and clean. The beach was a small walk away, not far. Loved the fact that the area was not very congested. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing about the property that was a bit of a challenge was that there was only one staircase leading up to the home and it was steep. Luckily none of us had mobility issues, but potential renters should be aware. Overall a really great experience!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and clean with great bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The pool was sparkling and so nice to have- we enjoyed it daily. The walk to the beach wasn't long, and there are bikes to ride as well. We utilized the beach umbrellas and chairs daily. The management company was easy to communicate with and responsive to any issues. We plan to use Diamond again.
