*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.

This is probably one of the cleanest homes I have ever rented. Spacious and plenty of room for all. Loved having 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges. We used the grill and firepit to make smores one night. Plenty of towels and washcloths. I do wish beach towels were provided but not a big deal. Great location close to beach. Very safe neighborhood. They were very prompt to answer any questions or issues we had. Even after hours.

This property was more than enough space for 10 adults. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. House was the perfect location for walks and exercise. It was also perfectly located near eateries for appetizers and drinks or even meals! The golf cart was great addition for a 6 person ride to town for dinner. The Pool at the house was wonderful for group gatherings! The kitchen table was huge and excellent for game nights! I would definitely recommend this house and I would definitely book again if it suited my group size!

This home was beautiful and a wonderful setting. They were 13 of us. Seven of them were grandchildren. They had so much fun in this large home swimming pool was amazing. It was a gated resort so it made you feel very safe. Was very close to the beach one golf cart came with the home and we rented two more. Rode Golf Carts Down Scenic Dr., Road to the beach road to restaurants road all around. It was a lot of fun overall would definitely rent this house again! Two dishwashers and two refrigerators was very helpful with that many people.

Sea You Soon was a beautiful home and was perfect for our group. I love the fact that each bedroom had a King bed and their own bathroom. The common areas were large and fit all of us! This place was amazing! There was so much space, had comfy couches, beds, and pillows. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the beach was just a short walk away. It could have used a better mat inside the door to help keep the sand from the beach contained, but that's not even really a complaint, and is the only "bad" thing I have to say.

We had a great time with family at this beach house. It has plenty of bedrooms, beds, and living space for your whole family. The pool was a plus to the kids, and the short walk to the beach was through the neighborhood gate so it was safe and easy to travel. Thank you for the memories and the great time!

We had a 5 day 4 night blast. There were 19 of us and we enjoyed s'mores and late night talks and laughter around the fire pit. The kids and adults swam endlessly. We enjoyed golf cart rides to the beach and for ice cream and other desserts. We played games and watched movies. We were compelled to cook in such a beautiful and most spacious kitchen which is well stocked with kitchen supplies. The house itself was most beautiful and immaculate. We shared a wonderful time of bonding and we will Sea You Soon!

We had 10 adults and the 6 BR with their own bathrooms were perfect! We opted to heat the pool which was great this time of year (March). The house was well stocked for cooking at home (note: you do need all of your own seasonings etc). Communication with property management was great! The home is very close to the beach (2 blocks) and the golf cart is a really nice bonus for bringing all your beach "stuff" down. It is spelled out but you will need to bring more TP, paper towels, etc as there is only a starter supply but there are plenty of stores close by. The directions for garbage and check out were also well written for us so no confusion on check out day. I would definitely recommend for a large group! Our only complaint is no beach towels. For whatever reason the home is not stocked with pool/beach towels. 2 groups of our party flew in from out of state so it was a bit of an inconvenience making room in suitcases for towels but if that's the worse thing, I'll take it. It was still a great week at “Sea you soon!”

We had 4 families stay at this beautiful house. Everything was clean and spacious! 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, decorated with taste, large family table.
The only issue we had was on day 2 the pool started to turn cloudy/green, but they had someone out there within hours and the kids were back in the pool that afternoon.
There are also 2 other community pools, one which was one house over from our house.
There's also a nice outside bathroom at the house pool.
Also, the beach is within walking distance if you don't mind walking. Maybe like an 8 minute walk.
Probably the best house we have all stayed at!
We also rented bike at e-bikes which is located on the same road. This was really fun!

The house was beautiful and Big! Plenty of space! The pool was clean, and there were plenty of pool toys and beach toys. Having the golf cart was an A+! The beaches and shops were great! We will definitely come back! The reason I didn't put a 5 star review is because we had trouble with both dishwashers, even after the maintenance guy came. Also the fridge stopped working. The maintenance crew was very fast to fix the issues we were having with the appliances. We ended up throwing away some food since the fridge read 51 degrees. 😕 Other than that it was perfect for my family of 11. Thank you so much for accepting our reservation for the Sea You Soon Home. 🙂

There are plenty of rooms, big dinner room and bathrooms in each room. We love to have our private pool. It is also close to the beach. Our host always checked on us what we need. We had a great time there.

It is a big house with so many rooms, more than we need. It's very nice and convenient with the golf cart they provided to get to the beach and nearby places. It has a good size pool for us as a small family but it was a little cloudy so we just let our girl use it once only because you know kids like pool. It will be perfect if it was a clean pool so after getting back from the beach can have some time to enjoy the pool. Anyway, we do look forward to staying again with them when we visit next time because there are so many other beautiful rental they have. Lastly, thank you for providing a nice place during our visit :)

This house was perfect for our big family. There were 3 families. 14 in all and we had plenty of room to be together but be apart if needed. It was clean and had the BEST beds!! The golf cart made beach trips so much easier. The Diamond team responded quickly when needed which was only 1 time for a door lock issue which was resolved quickly. My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and this house is amazing! Very spacious, clean, nice linens, and just overall a great property. We had more than enough room for our group of 11. The golf cart was great to get around on and the pool was nice to have for a relaxing night after a long day in the sun. The house is equipped with plenty of dishes if you want to cook and there's also a grill with a huge patio area that's hidden right by the pool!! We usually travel in a larger group with several families and this property will be perfect!! Thanks again we truly enjoyed our stay! Oh and this property is 3 stories so there’s lots of stairs!! If you are traveling with older adults or very small children just be mindful as there is only 1 bedroom on the first floor. Communication was great! Diamond often texted before and during our stay for a seamless process.

The house was amazing. It was more than enough room for all of us. The heated pool allowed us to enjoy the pool our entire stay. From the clean house, to the pool, location, neighborhood safety, golf cart, I could go on and on. This house is everything you could want and the communication with diamond rentals is something I have never experienced before. They communicated so well and would just check in to make sure we were doing well and didn’t need anything. Now that’s customer service! We had 5 kids from 15 months to - 5 years old. The house was great, super floor plan for privacy if needed. Everything we needed to cook, play, sleep was there! Lots of beach and pool toys in the garage. Golf cart was an added bonus to use! Very clean and spacious house in a quiet, gated community just a few minutes walk from the beach. There is outdoor seating for 12 people in the backyard by the grill. The golf cart was really convenient to haul people and chairs to the beach access point. The beach itself is fantastic. The management company communicated well.

Thank you Diamond Rentals! Excellent place. Everything in this house was so well thought out! The theme maintained throughout the home and every little detail was appreciated from the shawls on the chairs, blanket in the living room, toys, pool floaters, Netflix/apps, the XBox, the decor, the light fixtures, the outdoor tables. Having a thermostat on each floor was amazing! The kitchen amenities and supplies were perfect! Love the keurig! The golf cart stole the show! It was so nice to be able to hop in it and drive to the beach. The alarm for safety was much appreciated for our two 3 year olds. The location to the beach was fantastic! The complimentary chairs and umbrella with La Dolce Vita was top notch, it just took a quick walk down a walkway at Whalestail restaurant. It was so nice having a private pool instead of having to use the community pool. We appreciated that each room had their own bathroom. It was perfect for our family to have privacy but also intimate enough to have gathering spaces. We were able to enjoy this family reunion after a rough two years into the pandemic of no vacations. This was my families 1st time traveling since COVID. We found out we were expecting in Feb. 2019 when COVID first hit. With a new born we were not really able see family for almost 2 years without mask. We were looking forward to a getaway with our family to spend some true quality time! THIS home, THIS company was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From start to finish. Starting with the communication prior to arriving they made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They communicated with me throughout our stay and afterwards. The Home was immaculate! When we came into the home it smelt fresh and was thorughly clean...which was a MAJOR plus for us! The pool as an added plus and we went with the heated option and I am soooo glad we did as we all were able to take night swims after our daily adventures. The home is literally a block from the beach and taking the golf cart there was so much fun! The home also had soooo many beach toys, balls, etc. to add to our daily trips. This home is close to EVERYTHING! We will definitely be back and we will definitely opt to use anything Diamond Gulf Rentals! So thankful that we had such an AMAZING spring Break!

We had a fabulous experience at Sea You Soon. The house itself was clean, beautiful and well stocked. The option to have our pool heated was a game changer for us. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds in a rental we have ever stayed in. Having the golf cart was an awesome addition to get all of our stuff to the beach and we loved cruising up and down the beach to get to dinner or to go to the grocery store. The rental company was incredibly helpful from booking until the moments we were leaving. Every request we made was addressed and they made very effort to accommodate us. We will definitely be renting with a Diamond Gulf Rentals again and can’t wait for another trip to paradise.

Our Couples Trip at Sea You Soon was amazing. We had four couples and we each had a King Size Bed and our own private bathroom. The pictures were a true depiction of the house. The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk from the house. The staff provided all the codes necessary to enjoy both the house and the private access to the beach. The Welcome Guide provided prior to our arrival ensured we were well equipped/prepared for our trip. We would absolutely stay at Sea You Soon again.

We had five couples stay at this home in Emerald Waters Village and had a great time. The home is beautiful, with individual bathrooms for each of the king size bedrooms, and the bunk room. Decorations were very nice, and the place was clean when we arrived. Communication from Diamond Rentals was excellent throughout the whole process of renting the unit and during the stay. The golf cart documentation is a little involved, however, once we got there and realized it is a street legal vehicle, it made sense. The location is great - close to the grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store :) and wonderful restaurants. It is a very easy walk to the beach. Overall, we would definitely stay at this home again as it is perfect for larger groups or families. We appreciated the vacation here very much.

This house was more than accommodating. It’s kitchen was fully stocked, very clean, beds were comfy, and the beach access was a very short distance. The golf cart made things even easier! The only thing that could be improved upon is the couch in living room was uncomfortable, needs more supportive cushions and the alarm on the door going out to the pool (however necessary for small children) would be better if you could disarm it when it’s not needed. Very annoying. They did come and change it since it would go off randomly, but the replacement one was even louder. Overall it was a gorgeous house and I would definitely book again.

Really spacious well laid out home, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and spotlessly clean on arrival. We were a very large group and needed 5 bedrooms for couples with private baths and a bunk room for kids and this was a perfect home that fit our needs beautifully. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked we have ever encountered, with every conceivable appliance and gadget! The pool was great after a day on the beach also, and the outside shower! We didn’t have our normal great Florida weather this year until the last couple of days but sure did enjoy Sea You Soon!!!

Our family and friends came together to celebrate my husband 60th. The house was just like the pictures. Everything was great, quick reply and response to whatever was needed and whatever asked..The gated community made everyone feel safer. I hope Sea You Soon is available next year.

Sea you soon was a beautiful large home! We loved how much room we had with our large group and location was PERFECT. We had a few minor problems and Diamond’s team helped fix them. Thanks again! We will be renting from Diamond Rentals in the future!
Amazing place

This place was perfect for our group we loved the fact that it is in a gated community. It has plenty of room for the pre teens in our group to get some independence without a worry. The pool was bigger then the last rental we had which was a nice. The golf cart was really well maintained and battery life was great. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The only thing I would recommend is to get a electric griddle. We plan to book this place again and we will buy one to leave if it doesn’t have one by then. It makes breakfast easier with larger groups. Cant wait to return!

The Reunion House was being renovated so we stayed at Sea You Later. Diamond Gulf Rentals let us know well before our planed stay that the reunion house was unexpectedly unavailable and worked with us to find a new house. We got a house with one more bedroom for same price. The check in and check out process was easy. They were available via text and phone to answer our questions about the pool and heating. House was well equipped and accommodated my entire family which included toddlers to a retiree.

This house was AMAZING and had everything we needed to have a short, but GREAT vacation!! From the private pool right outside the back door to the private beach access, it was simply amazing!! The house was EXTREMELY clean and everything was so fresh and just beautiful. Such a short walk to the beach and the golf cart was very convenient as well. Diamond was AWESOME to work with and made the process so smooth. Such a smooth check in/checkout process and they were ALWAYS available to answer any questions we had about the area!! Diamond is definitely a 5 star company that exceeded all our expectations!! We are DEFINITELY going to stay here again and can't wait to be back in paradise!! Sea You Soon!!!

Truly an awesome house!! It had everything we needed and more!!! EXTREMELY clean and such a close walk to the PRIVATE beach!!!! It was soooooooo nice to walk out the back door to our own private pool with plenty of patio area to grill out and just relax. The golf cart was very convenient to use to go to the store, go get ice cream, or just explore Destin!!! Thank you Diamond Gulf Rentals for making this such a smooth process and so easy to communicate with. They were available to answer any questions we had and were so helpful with things to do in the area, truly one of a kind!! We will DEFINITELY stay here again and already planning a trip back!
Perfect Home for our Family Trip

This home has become one of our favorites to stay in Destin. Conveniently located to everything and very close to beach. Diamond customer service was outstanding. Of all the rental companies their communication was the best! The home itself was spacious and very comfortable for our 18 people. All of this really allowed us to enjoy our vacation and not feel like we had any thing missing. Would stay again.
