Beach Walk Inn is located on the South-side of the infamous 30A and has been completely renovated in 2022 with all new coastal decor and furnishings. The home is located in a quiet, gated neighborhood and has a private pool, convenient beach access and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom accommodating 10 people.
On the first floor you will find a beautiful entryway with three bedrooms: one King, one Queen bedroom that share a separate bathroom and a bedroom featuring two Twin over Twin built-in bunk beds with a private bathroom and seating area for the kids to enjoy watching TV or playing games. The main level of the home is on the second floor, where you'll find a spacious kitchen and living area. The kitchen features modern cabinetry and finishes with stainless steel appliances. There is room for 10 guests at the island and dining table to enjoy a meal together. The living room has a flat-screen TV to accompany the balcony, where you'll get to enjoy the views of 30A. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
