Dune Beachy is an exquisite vacation home located in Miramar Beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This luxury vacation home boasts stunning panoramic Gulf views and was completely renovated and remodeled to best meet your needs. It is nothing short of magnificent with modern, luxurious, coastal living right at your fingertips!
This home has 50 feet of private beach with sugary white sands and complimentary beach service of four chairs and two umbrellas (March to October). The private beach in front of the home can be accessed from the first or second floors. The home has high-speed WiFi throughout, which is accessible all the way to the water line, thanks to an outdoor WiFi antenna!
As you enter the home, you will notice the easy access: there are only two steps to enter, and three king suites are located on the first floor, perfect for anyone with mobility limitations. Additionally, the first floor provides direct beach access, with a locking back door (beach side). Each bedroom is equipped with a 55” SMART TV and plush memory foam mattresses for a great night’s rest after a day spent basking in the sun! The first king suite features stunning Gulf views from the large sliding glass doors and balcony. It connects to a private bathroom, which stylishly includes two vessel sinks, a 7-foot walk-in shower with two shower heads, including one rain head for the ultimate, luxury shower experience. The second Gulf front king suite offers stunning panoramic Gulf views from floor-to-ceiling picture windows, direct balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third king suite offers a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a twin-over-twin built in bunk room. This bunk room has a door for privacy, and its own 55” SMART TV and Sony Playstation 4 (PS4) Pro video game system.
The second floor welcomes you to an open living space spanning the house from the street side to the Gulf side with sweeping Gulf views, perfect for large family gatherings. You can gather in the living room and enjoy a movie with the family on the 86” SMART TV while enjoying the Gulf views from the expansive sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The open-floor-plan of this area is perfect for making memories while relaxing after a long day out by the water. Built-in Sonos speakers allow you to fill the entire floor with your favorite music! You will cook in this magnificent, fully equipped kitchen while enjoying unobstructed Gulf views. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an ice maker, a Keurig and an air fryer. Seat your entire party at the expansive dining area, with an extra-long wooden dining room table plus additional bar top seating. A street side balcony provides extra space to stretch and enjoy the outdoors. The private bathroom features Gulf views, two vessel sinks, a 7-foot walk-in shower with two shower heads, complete with a luxury rainfall showerhead, and a stand-alone soaking tub. You will never want to leave this master suite! The next third-floor King suite features a 55” SMART TV, private bathroom and walk-in shower. Also located on the third floor is a unique bunkroom, decorated in shiplap, with a built-in full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for children, and a built-in queen-over-queen bunk bed, perfect for teens or couples! The bunks feature plenty of headspace on the lower bunks for easy access. The bunk room has its own 55” SMART TV, an Xbox Series X with subscription, and plenty of shelf space for luggage.
For those who want to explore Scenic Highway 98, within walking distance are Gulf front restaurants such as Whale’s Tail and the iconic Pompano Joes. Nearby family friendly activities include banana boat rides, a dolphin cruise, scooter rentals, parasailing, jet skiing, deep-sea fishing, sand castle building lessons, or even scuba diving. On select days, there’s even a floating adventure course along the beach just steps away from this home! You can also visit nearby Dolphin Snorkel Reef, or the iconic Crab Island! *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID’s will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation – this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
