Dune Sandy is a newly renovated, professionally decorated, Gulf-front vacation home in Miramar Beach. Designed to provide guests a luxury stay with modern features – this home offers breathtaking Gulf views that can be enjoyed while grilling on the deck, splashing in the pool, or relaxing on the patio. This 7 bedroom / 6 bathroom home is in the Miramar Beach community of Frangista Beach and offers direct beach access, a private pool with optional heating, and panoramic gulf-front views from 2 balconies and 3 King bedroom suites. This home is perfect to accommodate your next large gathering and treat your guests to the glistening, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico in style.

The first floor hosts the gulf-front pool, dining & living rooms, kitchen, two bunk rooms, laundry room, and a full bath. Upon entering the front door, you will be in awe of the breathtaking views with modern tile floors, 11 foot high ceilings, Gulf views, and an open floor plan. The dining room features modern chandelier lighting and provides seating for 16 at two tables. A waterfall granite countertop by the kitchen provides additional seating for 4. Two sofa tables add another 6 table seats for comfort and convenience. Enjoy a movie on the 86” smart TV in the living room or lounge on the comfortable Lovesac couch while taking in the Gulf views and reminiscing about your day at the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for the amateur and professional chef alike, with a six-burner gas stove, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, and an ice maker.

Enjoy Gulf views while preparing foods amidst the grandeur of porcelain tiles stretching to the ceiling and decorated with modern floating shelves. The laundry room boasts two large washer and dryer sets to power through all your laundry needs. On the other side of the floor, are two spacious bunk rooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and floor-to-ceiling tile. The larger bunk room has a 55” TV, with built-in twin/twin and queen/queen bunks, a Lovesac Seat, and a Playstation 5. The smaller bunk room has a built-in queen/queen bunk and 55” TV with an Xbox S game system. The 9 foot bunk room ceilings provide ample headspace on both levels, and each bunk has its own light and USB outlet. Do not worry about forgetting which are your sleeping quarters – these bunks can be easily identified by the coastal metal art attached to each bunk.

The second floor welcomes you to a loft with a wet bar, above which stretches a stunning display of giant porcelain tile stretching to the 10 foot ceiling above it, along with solid live-edge wood floating shelves. The wet bar is equipped with a beverage cooler, sink, microwave, Keurig, and a small assortment of cups and dishes. This space is perfect for a quiet morning upstairs before venturing out for the day. The 5 King bedroom suites can be identified through coastal metal art markers outside of the bedroom doors: Nautilus, Anchor, Jellyfish, School of Fish, and Turtle. The central, Gulf-front ‘Jellyfish’ King Suite offers expansive Gulf views with 2 large sliders, access to the large Gulf-front balcony, and a 65” TV. This suite has a private bathroom with a huge 10 foot wide glass shower enclosure, containing a stand-alone bathtub for soaking, a luxury rainfall shower head, and a premier wall showerhead. The bathroom also features double sinks, floor-to-ceiling tile in the shower enclosure, and a chandelier centerpiece. You will want nothing else than to draw a bath and relish in this upscale atmosphere. The ‘Anchor’ King Suite provides panoramic Gulf views, access to the large Gulf-front balcony, and a 65” TV. The en-suite bath presents a spacious 7 foot wide walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile and a premier rainfall showerhead. The ‘School of Fish’ King Suite likewise boasts panoramic Gulf views, access to the large balcony, 65” TV, and a private bath with a spacious 7 foot wide walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile and a luxury rainfall showerhead. The ‘Nautilus’ King Suite offers a 55” TV and an en-suite private bathroom with a shower/tub to make bathing the kids seamless. The ‘Turtle’ King Suite provides a 55” TV, and a private North-facing balcony where you can take a seat, enjoy a drink, and spend a moment taking in the neighborhood. The private en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile and a premier showerhead.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID’s will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation – this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
