The condo features stunning Gulf views from its spacious balcony, an open kitchen, and a living floor plan. The sofa can be converted into a sleeper. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The separate King bedroom has a balcony entry door and a private bathroom.

For those who enjoy walking, running, or biking, a path along 30A spans 18 miles with State Parks, Nature trails, and Coastal Dune Lakes along the way. Situated above Shelbie’s restaurant, you can walk down to enjoy live music until 10 pm. The Gulf Place community offers multiple restaurants, a craft brewery garage, ice cream shops, and shopping.

The location is perfect, just a short distance down the paved pedestrian walk to the famous dazzling white sand beaches. Spanning 26+ miles, 30A is globally recognized for its scenic shore, rare coastal dune lakes, artsy villages, resorts, beach bars, restaurants, and over 22,000 acres of protected preserve.

The beaches of South Walton are unique, with 40% being state-owned as protected nature preserves. A fifty-foot height limitation along 30A enhances the serene atmosphere. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
