ABOUT THIS HOME
The Bay House is a brand-new, custom constructed home that has had no expenses spared! Completed in February 2019, it is tucked away in the quaint, newest section of Frangista Beach. The Bay House is professionally decorated with all new luxurious furniture and elegant coastal décor throughout. All seven bedrooms are complete with large smart TV’s and brand new plush memory foam mattresses for a great night sleep after an exciting day at the beach- even our full mattresses are memory foam, the best in town!

*This home has a Saturday to Saturday booking requirement. 4 day minimums will be conditionally approved if there is not a 2 day gap in between stays. *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID’s will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation – this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
